123DJ.COM BAD SERVICE

Ordered a case for a Native instrument Mashine. I placed the order online, when I got the package it was something totally different ....I got the case for Traktor. I call the company and they stated that the error came from the website and when I place the order the price and product switched around and that why I got the wrong product. The price listed for the product was 39.99 so the guy said that I will have to send the product back to them and they will send the correct one to me after. I hung up and call back and asked to speak to supervisor.. They transfer me to someone by the name of Neil or so he said it was. he stated that.. "we made a mistake but we are not giving the product for 39.99 as advertise on the site.. you have to pay the difference and you need to send the other product back first".. is this customer service? is this false advertising????? what in the world.. DONT BY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE RUDE.

I placed an order for a Rane 62 mixer since Dec.12, 2012, and I still haven't received the mixer. Anytime I call, they put me on hold forever.

They claimed they shipped the the mixer, but according to Fedex the mixer has never been shipped..This has been going over a month and a half. I had to call my credit card company and file a claim for fraud.

These guys are very unprofessional and a bunch of liars. Fellow djs take your money elsewhere.
